Zoom Onboarding Instructions
MosaicVoice Installation & Setup Instructions
Step 1: Navigate to the MosaicVoice download page: https://app.mosaicvoice.ai/download
Step 2: Select the appropriate version for your device:
- Download for Windows
- Download for Mac
Step 3: Open the downloaded file and follow the on-screen prompts to complete installation.
Connecting to Zoom Dialer
Step 4: To place calls through MosaicVoice, you must connect your account to your Zoom dialer.
Email the MosaicVoice team at info@mosaicvoice.ai include:
- Your full name
- Your email address
Note: To identify your unique Zoom ID, you must have placed at least one call through Zoom within the past 7 days.
Using MosaicVoice
Step 5: Ensure the MosaicVoice desktop application is open during all phone calls.
Note: To receive real-time guidance and Agent Assist, you must use the desktop application. The browser version does not support real-time features.
Additional Information: Once installed, MosaicVoice will automatically receive ongoing updates. No additional manual installations are required.
